We have an awards program that is intended to provide motivation, foster morale and foster a good work environment between the workforce. We have rules stating that individuals or units deemed worthy of recognition under our awards program must undoubtedly demonstrate continued and top-quality performance. A negative situation I’ve seen within our awards program is the abuse of authority. A person in a higher position than another has the capacity to indirectly or directly influence our recognition program and placing all involved in a vulnerable situation. This type of abuse will not go unnoticed by the other members of the organization. It’s very important to maintain integrity within an awards program because it is intended to recognize individuals for their hard work and not dishearten them. REFERENCES Ayers, R. S. (2015). As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
