Product line and product mix decision At the begining of time, Strabucks only sold coffee beans but after that they start offer brewed coffee and espresso beverage, Frappuccino and Latte.Later on as the organization growing, then they start offer ice cream, bottled Frappuccino coffee, Tazo Tea, Ethos water and some food like sandwich, muffin and also salad .Now starbucks also offer for their customers with coffee maker machine, Starbuck cards and other Starbucks paraphemalia.In recent years, the company began selling special jazz and blues CDs, which in some cases were special complications that had been put together for Strabucks to use as store background music. The company was constantly engaged in efforts to develop new ideas, new products, and new experiences for customers that belonged exclusively to Starbucks. For the their product mix it is consistent since all the product lines are building the relationship with customers, which is end-user consideration. All the product that the Strabucks offer are for peoples who like coffee. Starbucks add more product line which is the width of product mix to make people more stick with Starbucks.This also make give Starbucks more customer return and more profits.Starbucks offering different kind of coffee, which is the lenght of the product mix to give customers wide range of products choice.Beside that, Starbucks give people seasonal flavors and different size which is adding depth of product mix to let more people enjoy to buy product at Starbucks.Moreover, Starbucks product lines are consistent in distribution because they are all related with coffee but they are vastly different in use.For example, coffee is for drinking and coffee cup is like container to use. 5.
