Consumer & Carer participants are included and involved in the decision making about their own care and treatment plans, informed about rights and responsibilities and through informed consent processes. Facility / Service Level How will I be able to provide feedback about services and help improve them for all consumers? Consumers & Carers are able to directly contribute to planning, delivery and evaluation by being involved in committees, reference groups and working groups.
