sometimes we have to remember to notice. In order to have true faith in God and His existence, you have to do more than look around you at the natural world. You can learn something about God by doing this but there is much more to learn and understand about God that comes from reading or studying or understanding the Bible. In Judaism, we learn lessons from stories in the Bible that relate to our own lives and the lives of others and this helps with understanding God and what He tried to teach us. So there is more to looking around at the beauty but there is certainly much to learn about God but doing so. At his trial before Pilate, Jesus answered him saying, “For this purpose I was born and for this purpose I have come into the world – to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice” (John 18:37, [ESV]). How would you answer Pilate’s next question, “What is truth?” In your response, address your position on absolute and relativetruth referencing Chapter 7 in the textbook or the lecture.
