OPENING A NEW BRANCH OF VIETINBANK IN MY DINH 10 ANZ is one of the first foreign banks opened in 1993 in Viet Nam. Unlike Vietinbank that is run by state, ANZ bank is established with 100 % foreign capital.In general, goals of both of the banks is to become a sustainable, modern organization with the good operational efficiency. In addition, they want to improve social environment and help people and community to thrive. In 2017, profit of both banks increased considerably compared to that in 2016. Profit of ANZ bank rose by 2-3 times, reach VND 1,335 million ( cafef.vn, 2018). However, forex trading activities of ANZ bank decreased considerably by 21% compared to 2016, reach 198 million (cafef.vn, 2018). Contrarily, forex trading activities of Vietinbank remain stable growth rate. It rose considerably by 17% compared to that 2016. 2.2. Building stakeholder mapping for the international bank and Vietinbank and compare these two stakeholder maps highlighting their similarities and differences .
