Despite my questions, I believe that no individual can fool God since he works with our hearts and not the things we say. He has the true understanding of our inner selves unlike some men who believe that they the discernment of the spirit and get tricked to believe that they have the attributes of a leader. My point is that there is no evidence to proof the inward training. I also had the question on how to deal with conflict. I did not have a particular understanding whether there is one particular time when a leader was not allowed to deal with conflict. Being a member of the church ministry, I am a witness of how conflicts have brought down churches since the leaders could not handle them appropriately. In most situations, the failed to handle them within the appropriate time or just ignored them. From my understanding of a leader, I get the perception that leaders are expected to have an understanding of how the address all forms of situations. An individual who has dislike for conflict finds it exceptionally difficult to handle them. Action The book is necessary to read for any potential leader or anyone who serves as a current leader. I hold the position of an evangelistic leader of my church. A young man named Sam was attending training services. Sam had a great desire for God and his followers. He had been an active member of the evangelistic team and had gone out on numerous occasions with them. His attributes portrayed him to be a natural winner of souls. On several occasions, I talked to him and told him that someday, he will make a wonderful minister of the word of God. Despite him having such adorable qualities, there were several that we had to sought out together. I had gotten complaints from other members of the ministry that for several occasions he had cut them off from witnessing to people. He was also naughty and acted as a know it all person concerning all individuals. Some time back, we went out with him and other members of the ministry to witness. I got a first-hand experience with his behavior. He interrupted me while I was witnessing to a young lady. After the ministry I called him and talked to him about his behavior. Having read Clinton’s book, I realized that Sam needed a mentor to work along with him to teach and offer guidance. I summoned Sam to the church office. I made him aware that he had the potential of becoming a great minister of the church. I asked whether he had the thought of being a church
