The receiver may miss an important information provided in the context and lose the whole purpose of the project. We can overcome it by knowing our receiver or just by simply using globally understandable language. 3. Incomplete Communicate: Incomplete information may deviate the actual project outcome due to lack of instructions. For instance, in today’s activity many people faced this barrier and were unable to make the structure due to lack of color coding or size of the lego. Ignorance of group understanding: Members of each group are not able to communicate with each other in terms of understanding their emotions or cultural background which may create barrier in achieving the task. To overcome this, speaker has to understand the receiver’s cultural values, and emotions. Likewise, the receiver should understand speaker’s values.
