Planning and Scheduling of Promotional Activities The type of market the organisation competes in Crispin Clean competes in a different type of market than mass-market. Identifying a gap in the market, they started Crispin Clean with the aim of providing a brand that fits between the luxury and the mass market retailers. This is because their products are high quality product collection of shampoo and soap for men and women. The market segments/target audiences of the organisation Crispin Clean has marketing objective is to expand into the overseas market. Crispin Clean always tries to operate in different countries. Their target audience utilises new technologies like social network and internet, but there is also one part of segment that continue to be attracted from the old media like television, radio, posters and magazines. So Crispin Clean would continue to advertise on magazines, posters, radio and television, but the new trend is moving on social network and internet advertising to catch the eye of new target audience.

Their market share is positioned in a particular niche aimed at exigent and fashioned customers. So their objectives will surely be achieved, after the launch of new promotional activities. Promotion scheduling and timing in terms of the calendar year Crispin Clean would focus their central philosophy offering of quality shampoo and soaps. Each product is only produced in a limited number, so throughout each season there are continuous drops of various brands arriving every six to eight weeks.
