facts of how it effects the daily lives of people of color, you do not get a decline in motivation or
implicit bias. You must provide them with strategies and techniques that are applicable to their
everyday lives that they can use to combat the bias they have engrained in them. Through these
strategies perhaps a better society can be made for those minorities who are affected by bias they
get in their day to day lives.

This study did lack research on implicit bias in minorities. I feel that if they would have
tested a more racially diverse group of people, they could have composed a stronger conclusion

that would have left me with less questions. I am left wondering how these interventions would
affect people of color? Would it change their opinions? Would they show a significant change in
their implicit bias? If there was an extension and change in the experiment the researchers could
provide more well rounded results, at least for me, because I feel like these questions are left
unanswered. The interventions worked for these participants, but would they work for others.
