and retaining millennials within the workforce. This new generation of potential employees prefers
a creative environment that promotes innovation. The newer generation does not prefer the old
rigid methods of manager and subordinate.
Millennials respond favorable to unconventional methods usually focused on
entrepreneurship thinking. Extending the range of options for positions and schedules provides
new employees with a sense of voice. The new millennial generation looks to contribute and
become engage. By expanding tutoring and training programs, we can provide employees with
skills that allow them to participate in the workplace. To engage our new leaders, we must
provide them with the ability to expand their knowledge. The ability allows them to become
proficient and invested to their work. Developing competent millennial leaders requires a new

approach to old techniques. Giving choices and providing room for feedback can significantly
increase the number of millennials in our workforce.

Approaching senior management with a plan to incorporate millennial leadership needs to be
