risk. Of course with risk we must first have a backup plan to get us back to where we were
before the new ideas were in place. In my organization, Recruiting Command, might not let us
implement new ides without first them approving them, this is the reason why sometime we keep
things in-house and if they work then we bring them up to the higher chain of commands, if they
fail than we keep it to ourselves and share among our peers only.
