Section A: Skills ActivityThe Skills Activity is designed to be a series of demonstrative tasks that should be assessed by observation (by theassessor or third party, depending on the circumstances).It will demonstrate all of the skills required for this unit of competency – your assessor will provide furtherinstructions to you, if necessary.Section B: Knowledge Activity (Q & A)The Knowledge Activity is designed to be a verbal questionnaire where the assessor asks you a series of questions toconfirm your competency for all of the required knowledge in the unit of competency.Section C: Performance ActivityThe Performance Activity is designed to be a practical activity performed either in the workplace or a simulatedenvironment. The new employeeengagement app needs to be developed and rolled out within the next two (2) months. The mobile app aims toincrease employee engagement, communication and knowledge sharing. You and your team are nominated toconduct the risk assessment by using “Risk Management: FITTRAK Employee Engagement Mobile App template” insection C.Question 1ROLE PLAYThis activity will need to be observed by the trainer/assessor or third party, and all observations recorded inthe observations and demonstrations checklist document.Note to the assessor:You should ensure the learner has access to a real or simulated work environment with equipment andrelevant work personnel.
