materials posted in the team's discussion area. Faculty reserve the right to assign individual grades if there is evidence of inadequate performance on the part of one or more members. Potential conflict areas may include work or family schedule conflicts. This may prevent members of the team from responding quickly but should not prevent the team from meeting the deadline. Team members should make every attempt to respond back to any inquiries within twenty-four hours. If a conflict should arise, written communication should be sent to all team members. We will use a democratic approach to resolving conflicts; therefore, the majority will rule. Conflicts should be resolved within forty-eight hours to avoid delays. As a last resort, we will consult with our Professor to help resolve conflicts that can’t be adjudicated at the team level. G. Statement of team decision protocol Outline how your team will go about making decisions both on a regular basis and in emergency situations. Team members will have a common level of trust and respect for each other’s ideas and creativity. Decisions will be made collectively by all members and the majority will rule. H. Encouragement of Teamwork Explain the strategy your team will use to encourage full participation and with it, prevent the common problem of "free ridership." This classic team problem can adversely affect the quality of the work you produce and can lead to poor working relationships. Your strategy should include how the team will deal with poor or weak commitment.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
