What would be the likely (positive and negative) results of making work more like play? 1) The positive results would be reduction in monotony of work, reduction in employee burnout, development of new skills on employees, motivated employees, development of teams with great cohesion, reinforcement of positive behavior, increase in work discipline and fairness in office, etc. 2) The negative results would be reorganization of work as basic level, difficulty in making employees follow a line of work, non-serious attitude towards work. 4. Could others in the organization accept such creative behaviors?
