said disabilities. Some strengths of this organization can include flexibility, inclusivity, and
respectability. On the other hand, a weakness that may be hazardous to the agency is not having
sufficient volunteers, seeing that this organization depends heavily on volunteers.
Next on the list is the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Orange County. At UCP of Orange
County, they focus on the development of a child with UCP and the much needed support of and
for their families. Thus, at UCP of Orange County, they proudly stand behind their six,
comprehensive programs, tailored to improve the quality of life of both child and family. These
six programs include therapy, family support services, early intervention, recreation, inclusive
child care, and respite care (UCP of Orange County, n.d.). Therapy includes individualized plans
with a play-based environment for children, ages 0-22 (UCP of Orange County, n.d.) . Meanwhile,
family support services include informational workshops that cover a host of topics ranging from
behavior management to community resources (UCP of Orange County, n.d.). Moreover, early
intervention includes early intervention for kids (0-3 years old) with developmental delays (UCP
of Orange County, n.d.). Also, recreation services include inclusive after-school, weekend, and
