In the months following the trainings, the president will gradually begin to step back and allow management to take the lead. This first year the company will also experience a higher turnover rate due to the fact there will be new management taking over and also due to a change and growth in the diversity of the local labor market. Second Year: In the second year the organization will continue to expand. In the first few months of the second year Motors and Motor will continue to train all employees. The trainings will consist of new product manufacturing and more specific job trainings. The president has stepped back but continues to have monthly meetings with management to report on how business at Motors and More has been going. The president holds these meetings to check on management’s progress and to discuss long-term planning, product development and budget planning. The president has also implemented a staff performance management process in order to continue maximizing employee potential. As the demand for production continues to grow, the company will continue to hire employees and will continue to train new and current employees on new product information.
