The annual report (2014)has shown that increasing diversity in the firm allow the organization to become more innovative, efficient and competitive as well as it can generating greater value for its shareholder. Therefore, from the end of 2014, the measures and initiatives will be carried out in accordance with the diversity workforce strategy in the future, such as “windows of the future”, “taste of harmony” and “learning management system” .
