There are some incident happen like fall from stacks of building supplies in warehouse , broken wrist so we have to organise regular meeting on initiated safety action plan where we can explain the general use of PPE while working and also discuss complains if some employee are not following the rules properly. 2. We face many problems with the employee with manual handling for example staff member sore back from lifting 5 days leave. So we need to improve the way of handling the heavy things, so proper training is required for new staff. 3. There are many incident which are not properly recorded, so we need to record them so that it would be easy for us to evaluate the severity of incident and probability of happn it again. 6. Create a plan for the implementation of your recommendations, including the implementation of training/induction recommendations. Ensure you: a. include regular review and reporting b. include timelines, resourcesand actions c. areconsistent with recommendations and justification with respect to compliance and adherence to organisational requirements.
