→ Virtual team is born from the goals to create a global market that has the main office in London and two teams in Toronto and Tapei.→ This separation creates a lot of communication’s problems.→ There are a trust’s problem due to the distance because there are people who have never seen each other.→ People who work far each other are less satisfied and productive that people who work together and face-to-face, because they have a physical interactions.→ Due to the distance of people who work together is difficult manage the behaviour and productivity of this persons.

Situation analysis : While the launch in Taiwan was a success, the launch in Canada faced several issues.→ Communication issues:-lack of communication on creative work between London and Toronto teams -limited ways of communication between the different teams (no direct communication)-no regular communication between the Taiwanese and the Canadian team (no feedback)→ Organizational issues:-Canadian team had difficulties to work with the London content-No coordinated budget for the Canadian team-Tight schedule-Lot of staff changes-Inconsistent instructions from the 2 conflicting teams (Canada/London)
