The consumer evaluation forms our team selected is geared towards millennials purchasing behavior/ experience and what are deemed to be the most essentials factors that influences their behavior. Our goal is to gain a better understanding of the consumers actions and how technology in this day and age plays a role in their decision-making process which can enhance our brands chances in the marketplace. To do so, we must understand what type of advantages the consumers are looking for, and what element are most instrumental in helping to make decisions. With questions like; how does what they obtain compare to what they were expecting to receive? At the forefront, we implemented a few testing metrics developed by Spenser Lanoue of User Testing. The first being, the NPS- this give the percentage of our consumers who would/would not recommend our product. (2) CSR, Lastly 3. CRR, this tells us if the consumer will make a repeat purchase or our product.
