If you need help with forms there are some great resources online that show how to handle forms with examples, please do not copy your classmates work or give your work to other classmates. If you are stuck contact me and I will try to provide a hint to help guide you to a solution. Turn in a pdf with all of your work use Visio or a similar tool to create your diagrams, do not submit hand drawn diagrams or photographs or your screen. Turn in a .sql script file with your queries in one file. Turn in another .sql file with the script to create your database in it’s final 3nf form. Follow the naming conventions as outlined in the syllabus and turn in a zip file that contains the .sql files and the .pdf of your diagrams and work.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
