The objectives of IHG need to be communicated in a daily basis so that the objectives can be accomplish. When the goals of the company, team and individual are focused in the same direction, they are likely to be achieved. To achieve a goal there are certainobjectives in a IHG like always maintain highly trained and motivating staffs, Provide high quality, fair trade, Hotel to their customers and creating friendly atmosphere, establish IHG brand as ethical and environmentally responsible company with in certain time period i.e. 5 years and to position hotel as a provider of a superior hotel experience and supplier of supplier of gourmet food and beverages.
