According to Mathew & Gupta (2015) on transformation leadership and emotional attachment argues that a leader is required to influence their followers through charisma in inspiration motivation, individual consideration along with intellectual stimulation. Hence, while appraising my leadership strategies, I usually intend to evade conflict by skillfully cooperating with associated parties so that I can understand their issue and make a decision as a team. The main issue here is that conflict is the main problem in any place, but avoiding it is a key for success and is evicted by obliging and cooperating anything and sacrifices to execute and accomplish the task at hand. LEADERSHIP STYLE11is concerned with many daily plans that keep me focused and onto the procured and amended task at hand and innovation in the future. The dream of becoming successful is that main issue that is usually associated with my fear, which in turn creates an interpersonal conflict of whether I will accomplish my goals or I will fail. In this way, I have developed skills to transform the group I am leading through teamwork, decision making, and I do not take my time for granted. But with the exposure in a successful organization for the previous couple of months, I have nowmade an extensive stride to become an organized person and realized style in leading is valued. I have realized that I should create my future plans in my profession. Therefore, I plan to become a reality. When I say about reality, I have no objective but to say that I have always been making great strides to accomplish what I have started and stay focuson what is require to be done. For instance, I have used weakly and class spreadsheets in trackingwhat I have been doing through the week and recognize my area of weakness and what effort is should be making to fulfill the gap in advance before it is too late. In this way, it provides an opportunity in setting aside ample of time to spend it with friends and colleagues to share knowledge and skills (DuBrin, 2015). As a transformation leader and transaction person, I have become a person of interest to understand other people problems, interests, and their challenging issue and solve them instead of being authorities or goal-oriented as fail to focus on the wellbeing of the employees. I believe that attending programs that are oriented is not enough, butsocializing and attending teamwork is essential to learn about leadership style. Similarly, the primary responsibility as a leader is provide a learning and a friendly working condition engaging each and every person emotionally, on a social basis, and intellectually. I will then progressively work as an intelligent person and strive in keeping my social, intellectual, and emotional skills at per by learning from successful people like Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.
