ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR PAPER 4 developing healthy relationships within the organization. The direction is established by the core values, high character, and work ethics; these characteristics will develop trust within the group and have people who voluntarily follow (Peak, 2012). Change Management Strategies and the Benefit to the Criminal Justice System The criminal justice system is constantly changing and with the constant change the goal is always for the best. When changes occur in a criminal justice system, it is due to the society, an accident, or death. For example, the Arizona Department of Corrections who accidently opened the wrong cell door and an inmate who was not supposed to get out did and as a result stabbed a correctional officer. The error prompted an immediate change to eliminate this accident from happening again (Robbins & Judge, 2013). There is a well-sponsored and influential association that fights everyone against their goals to get changes passed. For example, after the death of the corrections officer, in Arizona Corrections facility, it took that death to occur before a change happened in securing cell doors (Prison UK: An Insider's View (2014). The organization creates a vision of the environment that these individuals’ see in hopes that change will occur. In return, they then find people who believe their vision to assist with the changes as needed. The organization encourages others by removing obstacles that need change.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
