RALACO has been using the Cost Leadership Strategy (Low cost). Because the firm targets on the mass audience and the broad target environment, their products are essential and necessary for life, the cost has been familiar for many people in decades. The customer of RALACO also trust this firm for its brand due to the quality of products, therefore, many generations will continue to use RALACO’s product because of their reputation. Beside, there is not really much competitor in this industries for customer to choose and RALACO has been on the rank since the day it was established.
