and sticking to the plans, I make excel sheets for helping to on top of my budgeting and research I do on wedding related things. I am always around people and I enjoy the company of others, but I also enjoy silence and alone-time just as equally. I deal with a lot of stress on aday to day basis and I must say that I deal with it quite nicely, because of my organization skills. Lastly, I’m anything but nervous/high-stung, I approach situations with excitement and readiness, I’m calm when I need to be and serious and assertive when need be.I can take these results and use them in my personal life as well as professional life. I used to read a lot of books when I was in high school, I enjoyed reading about real life situations and drama because I could imagine it happening in my head. It’s been years since I’ve read a bookand I miss the imagination I used to have, these results reminded me that I’m open-minded and need to use that skill to discover my long-lost enjoyment of reading and even find new hobbies to enjoy. One of the results I received was that I am disagreeable, which is true. I lovearguments with people that I know are wrong. I am not afraid to stand up for myself and speakthe truth, but sometimes this gets me into trouble. I can’t always be so easy to criticize others at work because it could cause poor work relationships. I have to learn to hold my tongue and criticize only when asked. After a close look at my results, I came to the conclusion that the MBTI assessment test is more reliable and valid then the Big Five assessment test. I think the MBTI test shows reliability because I took the test twice and it showed somewhat the same results as the first test. The MBTI test is valid because it sets out it’s goal, it does what it’s supposed to do. I found the Big Five assessment test to be not as through and deep as the MBTI test.
