Therefore, beside of training in each department, company will invest course training about how to become a good account manager to the person that they choose. This is training program I suggest to Director and Digital Zone considers: Account Management course of AiiM education center. The time of this course is 2 months about 19 nights from 18:30 PM to 21:00 PM. I think it is suitable with this person. She can work and learn from colleagues, can improve her skills at this class. She can become a good account manager of the company. Besides, she will work in long time because company helps her develop about knowledge and position in company.
