Aligning the outsource services with the organizations organizational culture is critical as well because if there is a misalignment, the company’s goals and objectives will not be achieved. Background checks, clear communication what the needs are, understanding your own needs as an organization. If Atwood were to contract with a company that was geared toward administrative services or insurance claims, this would be of no benefit to them. They need to research the vendor, to ensure that they best bang for their buck.So before exploring outsourcing some work, an organization to think about the type of work that they are wanting to outsource and the process of getting this done. Outsource vendors have their own values although they will try to match the clients but there will be some variances. This is important to ensure that the cultures have some similarities to ensure that the outsourcing is a good fit for the organization. Some recommendations to thing about before venturing into the outsource pool:Complete an analysis of your organization to determine the type of culture within the areathat is being considered for outsourcing.
