Theories also stress how the formulation of management goals can incorporate humanistic values so that the worker’s growth and well-being can take place to ensure the productivity of the organization. These elements are considered to achieve the organization's optimal sustainability concerning work routines that the organization should partake in so that opportunities can be applied to the decision-making process. Potential Limitations of Each Theory Both Humanistic and Personality theories have got various limitations, for an instant, from personal work experience, the personal theory is very complex since it requires personal observation whereby an individual should be able to determine his or her behavior. Additionally, this theory does not explain why these individuals behave that way (Rosanas, 2008). Humanistic theory is also complicated therefore it requires more experience, additionally, it promotes

The humanism theory has its limitations concerning increasing employee’s productivity so that it aligns with the motivations of workers' needs. The managers are still engaging in manipulation processes such as considering the measures of success towards caring about the employee’s satisfaction (Rosanas, 2008). Management also bases the job rotations, rewards, and promotions on the productivity of the employee so that economic benefits can increase rather than basing it on humanistic values towards developing the worker individually to meet the goals of the organization’s success.
