In case the partners will contribute resources, it should be indicated in writing.Different government elements should be included in respective plans or standard operating procedures (SOP’s). For example, the organization should separate the Emergency Preparedness Department and Recovery Department in different records in the plan. This is because the details of the agreement differ from one department to another. The organization should read and understand the government’s regulations, instructions, and directives governing the departments.The agreement will remain binding unless modified or rescinded. The organization will allow periodic updates to include new development into the agreement.There will be clear and concise agreement on payment, equipment cost, and expenditure of materials. The receipts should accompany this for approval. 1.AgreementThe organization will cooperate with other organizations such as the emergency medical services, Red Cross, and religious organizations. The organization will prepare an agreement report for private relief organization to indicate the type of services they render.
