Communication Strategy JKL industry is having is communication issues. Organisation needs to have the proper communication strategy to have effective communication with employees. Communication between employee and organisation can be improved through emails and group discussion or face-to-face meeting. Through emails employer can provide information about company’s policies and procedure to the employee and client’s requirements as well. This means of communication is fast and reliable. Company can have monthly meeting with the employees to know what’s going on and issues can be resolved with engagement of employees which will also improve workplace relationship. The major audience in the communication channel is management, individual employees of the different department. These are required to have a constant flow of conversation for better deals and sales. JKL industry also has to improve bottom – up process. Due to this employee of JKL industry couldn’t put issues they are facing in front of management. Bottom – up process helps to convey employee’s information to upper management level. This creates a sense of satisfaction and teamwork among employees and if employee’s grievance can be solved through these processes. The bottom up process can be improved through: ● Employees meeting at regular intervals, which will provide opportunities to employees to put their issues in front of management and direct communication.
