c. be addressed to the Procuring Entity in accordance with ITBClause 7;bear the specific identification of this bidding process indicated in the BDS; andd. bear a warning “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE…” the time and date for the opening ofBids , in accordance with ITBClause 21.21.4If all envelopes are not sealed and marked as required, the Procuring Entity willassume no responsibility for the misplacement or premature opening of the Bid. Submission and Opening of Bids22. Place and Deadline for Receipt of BidsBids must be received by the BAC of the Procuring Entity at the address and on or before thedeadline indicated in the BDS.23. Late BidsAny Bid submitted after the deadline for the receipt of Bids prescribed by the ProcuringEntity, pursuant to ITBClause 18, shall be declared “Late” and shall not be accepted bythe Procuring Entity.Modification and Withdrawal of Bids24.1The Bidder may modify its Bid after it has been submitted provided that themodification is received by the Procuring Entity prior to the deadline prescribedfor the receipt of Bids by the BAC. The Bidder shall not be allowed to retrieve itsoriginal Bid, but shall be allowed to submit another Bid equally sealed, properlyidentified, linked to its original bid marked as “TECHNICAL MODIFICATION”or “FINANCIAL MODIFICATION” and stamped “received” by the BAC.
