It is our objective at RIM to be attentive and listen to our worker's needs and fears and to make the workplace atmosphere for them more gratifying. We are taking the essential measures to focus on these concerns within and wanted our consumers to know that we are working very hard to solve any obstacles that may exist within our organization to make itpleasurable for everyone. Here at RIM we will be addressing the current issues of underachieving personnel not being held responsible. This is a direct reflection on leadership and in the public correspondence has generated a self-confidence (morale) problem that will be solved immediately. Shifting ahead3
Running head: 7-2 MILESTONE THREE: DRAFTall member of staff will be held responsible for their production and involvement to the organization and their colleagues. Actions are being made instantly to pinpoint and tackle any such performing concerns and modifications in personnel positions will be made. Going forward we are conducting measures to have improved interaction with our personnel and believe that this will be broadened to the mass media too. Part of our goal (purpose) is to change for the better in listening to our personnel and our clients. Without them our organization would no longer be present, which is why we would like to offer appreciation to our members’ innovation and give them the chance to speak with them publicly and make the organization better. We are also urging response from our personnel and our clients. We appreciate any recommendations that you might have for us to improve make the organization. For our personnel that worry of revenge is taken very critically and won’t be allowed from any senior management.
