A couple of those standardsthat I would like to talk about today for this particular discussion is, Competence and Cultural Awareness and Social Diversity. As Social Workers, they must always remember that your thoughts about your clients situations does not matter. What your opinions or thoughts are, do not matter at the end of the day. Being judgmental towards your clients will not help your client in anyway.
