The best thing I like about her as a women she believed in that women have the power to work and lead as any other man in this work and she can easily work in any atmosphere, samira always wanted to be in a better place even if was very far from where she lives, she was ready to move to know new people from new regions. I prefer to work in north America because there are some differences between north America and Japan for example, in Japan the working hours is more than north America, women can work as any man in any position in north America region not like Japan, in north America they do a very fast plans and they start with it while Japan they take a very long time to plan then they take the final decision and the final thing the companies that are operated in Japan they had a very wide range of guidelines in order to acclimatize north America norms and conditions.
Ethnocentric approach affect ethics when an organization replicates its importance to further countries of Confucian region, it affect it also when the gives the leader position for a man because they don’t believe that women can work sometimes better than any other mans and she can lead, make others follow her decisions and she takes the best decisions to achieve the organization goals. HR people should look at the person experience, achievements, knowledge and personality (self-confidante, attitude, honest & motivation) not on his style or gender.
