The Institute of Management Accounts has instituted ethical codes that require that management accounts are to: perform their duties with integrity and honesty, elevate confidentiality, and be competent and correspond information in a credible and fair manner. When resolving conflicts in regards to ethics, they should follow certain procedures and policies (Wild & Shaw, 2012). With the information supplied, it is easy to conclude that managerial accounting is an integral portion that serves businesses. Without this, businesses could fail. Managerial accounting brings accounting and finance together by managing and using such systems for internal accounting assists in maintaining plans and decisions for a successful business, as well as supporting organization control in creating a valuable business.
