STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM This study confers on several problems on Sex Discrimination in the workplace .These employees were not equally treated by the field of work they want to enter because this job may not suit them.Sex discrimination turns the employees emotionally brittle, simple peace loving employees transform into paranoid and suspicious, fearful and angry individuals. Elimination of Sex Discrimination is crucial for the satisfaction and motivation, commitment and enthusiasm and less stress of the employees. Employment opportunities include promotions, an increase in pay and benefits. Mostly women are subject to gender discrimination but men can also be victims. Transgender are also the target of gender discrimination in the workplace. The problems in this study are stated as follows: 1. Employee’s Qualification 2. Job Position 3. Salary General Objectives This study aims to find out the true reason that there are some institutions, organizations and companies are not recognizing sex
