Employees who may not actually comprehend the logistics may be advised to seek external assistance or assign him/her a forced leave for further investigations. Balancing demands of Personal and Professional Life Balancing the professional and the personal demand is challenging but very important as it determines individual attitude towards both. In order to balance the two, I would consider the following strategies: The first strategy is to have a clear understanding of the goals and the obligations in both placing the priorities. This helps to manage time and ensuring that the time assigned for each is not compromised without justifiable reasons (Boss, Bryant, & Mancini, 2016) . By creating a personal schedule I will manage to keep watch on each of the factors so as to ensure I am only efficiently involved when it’s very necessary. The other approach I would use

HANDLING CHALLENGES FROM INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FACTORS 6 is setting boundaries. These boundaries can be set through clear communication and through deliberate actions. In some instances, I would consider achieving a balance by mentoring both my junior employees for managerial roles and nurturing my family to relieve responsibility. In a situation where I work hard on overtimes to meet demanding family responsibilities, I can nurture my partner for a family business in order to meet the demanding responsibilities. Another important decision to strike a balance is to determine efficiently when I need help and having proper provisions for such assistance. Placing my priorities right is the key consideration in this situation and how best I place my priorities right will determine how happy I would be. Approach to Time Management My approach to time management is basically ensuring that the employees in the organization have proper management skills acquired through experience and education or through natural factors such as gender. In this approach, I consider that the ability to utilize time efficiently and maximally meeting the organizational goals is a product of who the employees are and not a decision that you can impose on them. For instance from my observation I have learned that ladies have proper time management skills when placed within the same circumstances as men. In most of the time, I have been found to directly relating time management to the ability of the employees to avoid stress. For instance, I focus on time management by having an extensive system of delegating responsibilities to my subordinates based on various considerations of time management skills in them.
