Evaluation plan The student assessment tool, which includes an assessment plan that students must read and sign. Sign the plan before starting the assessment tasks for this unit. Students can use this plan to declare whether they need any support or adjustments. Evaluation documents The GSC has developed a series of comprehensive assessment documents for the assessment of this unit. Evaluators will need the following documents: This marking guide, which includes: o a guide for evaluators on the evaluation process o response benchmark for assessment tasks o checklist to record the decision-making process Mapping assessment tasks to competency unit requirements (see the end of this assessment tool). Students will need to receive: Student LRES student guide and assessment tool for this unit Your trainer should provide students with the due date for each assessment task in this unit - students should be instructed to write the dates in their Student Assessment Notebook. Task cover sheet The instructor must ensure that students have completed the assessment task cover sheet for each assessment task. Evaluation resources All students have the right to appeal the assessment decision. To appeal an assessment decision, students must follow the process described in the Student Manual.
