This could be due to the company culture or simply from the fact that the employees may not feel they have the skill set necessary for the change. • Personal Readiness for Change: Although a plan worked in organization A that may have been due to the effectiveness of the leader. If the leader is not committed to the change the change agents will be more reluctant to follow their decisions. Furthermore, the leader may not completely understand the problem in the organization which will change the tactics and the plan of action they should employ. 12
