that nurses tend to contribute to resolving such dilemmas by using their moral reasoning which is based on their beliefs. Following the issue of expensive treatment expenses, it is indeed imperative to understand that numerous chronic conditions are often experienced by the aging population. This means that there is the need for implementing more rules and regulations pertaining treatment expenses towards such group. Since most of the health care reforms have been developed, they have greatly contributed to the creation of more treatment expenses. Thus, actions are needed to mediate the ethical-decision making frames which usually refer to both care and virtue ethics (Kvedar et al ., 2014). Much focus has to be redirected towards reshaping the current healthcare policies by considering the longevity of the current population in relation to the burden of geriatric care.
