In order to maintain skilled employees, you will need to have salaries which are comparable to those being offered by the competing limousine services in Austin. The level of skill that you accept must be fit for your business. Because you are new to this arena, you will want employees who are familiar with their job functions. As a new business owner, business will be more manageable if you are not micro managing under-skilled employees in the first year (nationalvetcontent.edu). Individual Analysis The individual needs assessment analysis determines how well the employees do their job. As mentioned before, you will need skilled employees to assist with the startup of this company. This does not mean to employ the top people in the business. You will not be able to afford that. However, you will want individuals who can perform the job functions that are assigned to them. You will need to assess their education level, organizational needs, as well as you will need to identify any gaps (Heikkinen, K., 2001).
