Technological advances in transportation and communication have reduced costs and therefore considerably encouraged trade extension. Taking advantage of these technological and economic changes, progressively more businesses have stretched their horizons to embrace global markets. In spite of these developments, a lot of trade happens among the three radical industrialized economies of the United States, Japan and Western Europe and a few developing markets in Latin America, East Asia and elsewhere. Majority of the less developed world is not included, apart from exporters of raw materials and food. It is projected, for instance, that Africa south of the Sahara only accounted for approximately one percent of entire world trade in the 1990s. The elimination of money controls, the formation of new economic instruments, and industrial advances in communications have added to a much more greatly integrated global financial system. The capacity of forex exchange trading selling and buying of national currencies in the 1990s has been about 1.5 trillion dollars each day, an eightfold rise since the late 1980’s. This has also caused the growth of more mistakes and missteps, strains, suicides and disappearing of the treasures of the country to a black hole. In response to all this the pentagon makes more moves that work against the nation.
