This article details events at Black Lives Matter protests across the nation. These events include police brutality against peaceful protesters on multiple occasions. Sometimes even falling under the crime of entrapment (when an officer provides no option but to commit a crime) How was the right violated (in your own words)? The protesters were peaceful and nothing physical was happening. The most that happened was that maybe someone said some mean words. The protesters were then beaten, shot, and gassed in the streets by the police. Article #2 Amendment: 4 Right being violated: no unreasonable search and seizure Article Title: The no-knock warrant for Breonna Taylor was illegal Author: Radley Balko Newspaper/Magazine/TV Channel/Website address: Washington Post Publish Date: 6/3/2020 Article summary (in your own words): This article describes how police officers unlawfully entered Breonna Taylors home when she wasnt even the person they were going after. They did not identify themselves when asked to. They simply beat on the door and then broke in. This obviously goes against the fourth amendment. Also these men were plainclothes officers, not trained swat team members.
