Therefore, those are instructions to workers on how to do tasks. Also, they help to make decisions more efficiently. Cross Cultural Sensitivity Organisation system can support cross cultural sensitivity through policies and procedures of how people must behave and respect divergences between different cultures. Industry Networking Organisation system can support industry networking providing the opportunity to tap into ideas about new services and ways of doing things. Also, to provide opportunities to do business with a broader circle of customers. Resolution of conflict at work Organisation system can support to resolve conflicts at work protecting staff from taking decisions that may endanger either their employment and the safety of themselves and others.
