foot forward and to really give all they can to their clients. For example, say that one of the staff members has someone come in regularly to work out with them as their personal trainer. This client mentions they have a lot of friends he would love to have come work out but they have a large family and it’s just impossible. The staff needs to be trained to handle this situation to really extend the opportunity and explain how RFC is different and can accommodate everyone. Simply stating there is childcare is not enough for some people because some fitness centers claim they have childcare, but it ends up being a room the kids can play in but there it is not staffed so the parents are still having to watch their kids so their workout is not at its full potential. The staff really needs to know how to “sell” RFC to anyone in any situation. Word of mouth is huge for any business so having your current client able to go back to their friends and really sell those benefits is imperative.

The staff would be advised of any upgrades that have happened or planned to happen and are able to have first hand training on any new equipment or services offered by RFC. They also check equipment to make sure it’s always working properly Talent acquisition Opportunity/Threat RFC could increase its market by adding body building components Total rewards Strength Employees are rewarded substantially and it provides motivation

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
