Steve Jobs’ commencement speech for Stanford University sparked many debates on how we can determine how valuable our lives have been. We try and try to make our lives about how much money we have made or about how much fame we have acquired, but what about what we have done for ourselves? Steve Jobs said that “Remembering that you are going to die is the best way that I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart” (Jobs). Jobs said it best that you should take risks because no matter what we do, even taking the safest path in life, we all die at the end anyway.
