Guide to making a confrontation ... 1. Build a good relationship based upon the ‘ trust ' and ' caring ' . 2. Concern about the situation of confrontation given . No need to punish or hurt . 3. Use a soft, low tone . 4. Should honestly state that is understood, seen, heard , felt about the client with the intention to develop him.
