Therefore, timing for each course will be based on the arrangement of human resource manager and available of the course provides. Cost of the training is from 7 million to 10 million VND, up to different type of courses. 2.3. PROVE HOW THE TRAINING WILL LEAD EXPECTED OUTCOMES The company has set a target and plan for the proper training to develop regulations on training and human resources, specifically including: content and form of training, muscle institutional management, training objects, the selection process and procedures for training election officials, rights and responsibilities of skilled people to ensure that this works effectively. In recent years, the company has held constant and varied training courses to improve management, operations, information technology, foreign languages for employees. After a period of being trained, employees can take on the complex tasks and mature in their work. For long-term training, the company has ensured the salaries for all staffs, bonuses, and allowances. In addition, the company also keep the income stable, enable staff to learn and assure good results. 2.4. Designing a training session is hard work, and if it's done well, it can be extremely rewarding. There are a lot of different types of training methods out there. Some of the most common ways that people learn include: Training courses and workshops;Courses taught by universities and other organizations; Distance learning; Internships; On-the-job training; Orientation sessions; Peer-based methods; Self-directed learning; Tutorials; and Large professional conferences, conventions, and retreats. While the period of the training, some topics for which trainings commonly occur are: Communication; Computer skills; Diversity; Ethics; Human relations; Safety; Sexual harassment; Self-defense, etc. Before providing the training program, it is necessary for manager to: Learn about the people that will be trained. Determine the needs of the target audience. Consider the scope of the organization's needs and resources . Develop specific objectives for the training. Develop the content of the training session. Using material already in existence Develop the company training material.
