Tips on dealing with our 8 Business CasesWhat is a Case?A case describes a challenge faced by an organization. It often includes information regarding the firm’s history, competitive environment, leadership team, strategies, operational processes, and financial data.Analyzing a Case:It requires understanding the company’s interests and challenges, and formulating plans to enhance their position. These are real-life situations. Students must diagnose the problems and identify new solutions. There are often several courses of action. You will do this individually and then with the class through discussion.
